About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring and placement activities. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment operations, interview coordination, and placement cell support.

Location : Trivandrum (Preferred)

Employment Type : Full-time

Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Working Days : 6 days a week

Experience : Freshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Support in conducting HR rounds and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and placement reports
• Coordinate with companies for student / candidate placements
• Assist in organizing placement drives, job fairs, and follow-up activities
• Ensure excellent communication and smooth candidate experience
• Support end-to-end hiring activities as needed
