The Opportunity
We are looking for a seasoned Project Management professional to be the vital link between project ownership and successful delivery. As a Lead Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of corporate interior fit-out projects—from conception to handover—while ensuring uncompromising standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project management frameworks tailored to the complexities of corporate interior fit-out projects.
- Apply industry best practices and methodologies for efficient planning, execution, and delivery.
- Define and enforce project control criteria across timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement proactive corrective measures.
- Lead and inspire design and site delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders—ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless communication.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings to resolve concerns, track milestones, and share project updates.
- Build and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services; negotiate contracts as required.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
What We Expect
8+ years of proven experience in corporate / commercial interior fit-out (C&I and MEP).Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments without compromising quality or client satisfaction.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.Demonstrated capability in scaling team effectiveness by creating systems, structures, and processes.Proven success in leading large, complex projects in high-growth environments.Strong leadership, mentorship, and vision—able to influence, motivate, and guide teams.Experience engaging with clients in prospect meetings and closing complex deals.What We Offer
