Head – Financial Planning & Analysis (Fp&A)

We’re looking for a sharp, strategic FP&A Professional o lead planning, performance, and profitability across 8 business verticals at Imarticus Learning. This role partners directly with the CFO and CXO team to drive financial discipline, cost efficiency, and long-term value creation.

What You’ll Lead

• End-to-end Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-Range Planning
• Monthly MIS , variance analysis & business performance reviews
• Cost efficiency programs across marketing, subvention, tools, and overheads
• Corporate finance initiatives – cash flow, capital allocation, working capital
• Financial modelling, scenario planning & KPI dashboards
• Collaboration with business heads to drive revenue, margin & ROI
• Building a high-performing FP&A team and strengthening planning systems
• Supporting the organisation with IPO & Fundraises

What We’re Looking For

Power BI / SQL is a plus
