Growth Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Performance Marketing (Core Focus - 50%)
• Execute and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with a focus on converting free users into paid subscribers at efficient CACs.
• Manage ad ops — budgets, targeting, creative testing, and reporting — under guidance from the Director of Growth Marketing.
• Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid campaigns at a scale of $250K+ per month.
• Lifecycle Marketing (25%)
• Support lifecycle campaigns (email and push) by building segmented flows (free → paid, churn win-back, upsell) and running A / B tests.
• Strong working knowledge of Customer.io (or similar lifecycle marketing platforms) for building and automating user journeys.
• Partner with the Director of Growth Marketing on lifecycle strategy while handling day-to-day execution.
• Creative Ops (15%)
• Work with design / content to generate ad creatives, UGC, and influencer assets.
• Execute structured creative tests and surface insights for future campaigns.
• Additional Growth Initiatives (10%)
• Support the affiliate / referral program (Rewardful) by onboarding affiliates, managing payouts, and tracking performance.
• Maintain dashboards (GA4, Amplitude, Sheets) for acquisition, conversion, and retention, delivering weekly insights to the growth team.
• Share learnings, growth hacks and creative ideas to help refine strategy and guide new experiments.
