This role requires someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end recruitment process : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and align recruitment strategies.Enhance employer branding through innovative sourcing and engagement methods.Support employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities.Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow and support.Ensure adherence to company processes and contribute to operational efficiency.Strong knowledge of recruitment methods and HR practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to multitask and manage both HR and operations responsibilities.Proficiency in MS Office, HR software / ATS tools.Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player.Qualifications : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.Experience in managing additional operations tasks will be an added advantage.
