Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Zenwork’s social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This role is key to building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and positioning Zenwork as a thought leader in tax compliance and regulatory technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with Zenwork’s brand and marketing objectives.
  • Manage daily operations across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Create and publish engaging multimedia content that reflects the brand’s tone and values.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and content teams for campaign development and messaging alignment.
  • Identify trends, monitor competitors, and apply insights to enhance content performance.
  • Plan and manage paid social campaigns to drive awareness and user acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Build and nurture online communities through consistent engagement and thoughtful responses.
  • Support key product launches, events, and partnerships through targeted social content.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Proven track record in managing both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of B2B social engagement, particularly on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).
  • Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
