This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with KPI creation , knows how to guide the business on what data truly matters , and is always ready to dive into complex datasets to uncover opportunities and risks . This role involves an initial solo international deputation on a single visa status (i.e., not family-accompanied).

This opportunity is providing a scope to independently lead analytics for the region and establish data-driven practices from the ground up working closely with the Promoter of the company and help drive business decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Data Visualization & Business Intelligence (Tableau Focus)

• Develop and maintain dynamic Tableau dashboards to visualize performance metrics and trends.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define, create, and monitor KPIs that align with strategic business goals.
• Proactively identify what data needs to be reviewed and provide direction on what insights leadership should be focusing on .
