Job descriptionAct as the lead point of contact for senior client stakeholders, driving strategic direction and brand growth Oversee 360° digital campaigns across content, media, and influencer functions Ensure smooth execution of deliverables across accounts, aligned with business objectives Manage account health, profitability, and resource allocation across the cluster Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, conducting regular reviews and driving performance Lead strategic conversations, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to business development 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, or integrated communications (agency experience preferred) Strong track record in managing multi-platform campaigns and client relationships Solid understanding of digital platforms, performance metrics, and content planning Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills Experience mentoring teams and managing complex account structures Competitive compensation, in the range of ₹12–14 LPA depending on experience Partner with top-tier brands across industries Thrive in a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous learning Be part of a collaborative, fast-growing team pushing the boundaries of digital storytelling
