Job Summary
The Elevator Project Coordinator manages and oversees elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance projects from start to finish. They act as the communication link between the client, contractors, engineers, and internal teams — ensuring timely delivery, safety compliance, and quality standards.

Reports To : Project Manager or Operations Head
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Coordination
- Plan and schedule elevator installation and commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and update project timelines, progress reports, and documentation.
- Ensure material delivery and manpower allocation as per project schedule.
2. Site Management
Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve issues.Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and safety norms.Coordinate with civil contractors for shaft readiness and other site requirements.Supervise subcontractors or installation teams to ensure quality and efficiency.3. Communication & Documentation
Maintain clear communication with customers regarding project status.Handle project-related documentation, reports, and approvals.Attend project review meetings and coordinate with management on status updates.4. Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure installation meets company standards and statutory requirements.Enforce safety regulations for technicians and site teams.Conduct final inspections before handover.5. Project Handover & Support
Prepare completion reports and assist in testing and commissioning.Coordinate for client training and final handover.Ensure after-sales support transition to the service department.Requirements

Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.Experience
2–5 years of experience in the elevator industry or similar project coordination roles.Requirements
