Job Responsibilities :
- Actively follow up on leads through various channels (online portals, walk-ins, referrals, and site visits).
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals efficiently.
- Provide detailed information to customers regarding pricing, legal aspects, and project specifications.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for promotional strategies and sales campaigns.
- Ensure smooth documentation and agreement formalities for clients.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Sales, Marketing, or related fields.1-2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals.Good understanding of the local property market and customer preferences.Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and real estate listing platforms.Own vehicle preferred for client visits.
