About The Role
We are seeking dynamic professionals with 2–5 years of experience in the Investment Banking domain , particularly in Hedge Fund Accounting and Reconciliation . This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment, collaborating with fund administrators, clients, and vendors across multiple geographies.
As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining robust control systems for hedge funds. Your work will involve cash reconciliations , fee calculations , invoice management , and regulatory reporting , while leveraging technology to streamline processes and drive automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cash reconciliations with fund administrators.
- Calculate hedge fund fees and manage related processes.
- Review bank balances, sweep accounts, and ensure accurate cash reporting.
- Handle invoice management and payment processing.
- Collaborate with CPOs, IMs, administrators, clients, and vendors globally.
- Prepare and report withholding statements for tax purposes.
- Support regulatory reporting requirements in partnership with onshore teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and control.
Must-Have Skills
2–5 years of experience in Hedge Fund Accounting, Reconciliation, or Fund Administration.Strong understanding of financial instruments : equities, bonds, futures, options, swaps, forwards, CFDs.Knowledge of hedge fund structures and strategies.Familiarity with financial statements (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet).Ability to streamline processes and work with technology teams for automation.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Nice To Have Skillset
Certification courses on capital marketsStrong command in Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of SWFIT MT's 103 & 202.Education
Bachelor's / MBA degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Professional certifications like CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CA, or CPA are highly desirable but not mandatory.OUR OFFERINGS
