Analyst : Key Responsibilities
- Process and maintain employee benefits data accurately and within timelines.
- Handle benefit plan updates, renewals, and enrollments.
- Verify eligibility and ensure compliance with US benefits regulations (HIPAA, ACA, etc.).
- Perform quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and maintain process documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and client teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity as per SLA and TAT standards.
- Support audits and continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
1 3 years of experience in US Employee Benefits or Insurance Operations.Strong understanding of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, HSA, and FSA.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.Effective communication and coordination skills.Senior Analyst : Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle benefits administration for US clients, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans.Lead annual open enrollment and ensure accurate processing of all benefit changes.Handle COBRA, 401(k), HSA / FSA administration, and compliance requirements.Resolve benefit discrepancies and support client or member escalations.Train and mentor junior team members, conduct quality reviews, and ensure SOP adherence.Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and other applicable US regulations.Collaborate with client stakeholders to enhance process quality and operational efficiency.Required Skills
3 6 years of experience in US Employee Benefits Operations or Administration.Strong understanding of COBRA, 401(k), Open Enrollment, and compliance standards.Excellent client communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder management skills.High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
