Job Summary : About the Role :

A globally recognized MNC is seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong architecture and solution design experience to lead complex enterprise-grade application development.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and architect scalable and maintainable Java-based applications.
Lead technical solutioning, providing architectural guidance to development teams.
Drive technical decisions around performance optimization, memory management, and best practices.
Develop and maintain applications using Java 8, Struts 2.5, JSP, and Servlets.
Interact with client stakeholders to gather requirements and present architectural solutions.
Provide technical oversight on modernization or migration projects.

Must-Have Skills :

10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Java 8, Struts 2.5, JSP, and Servlets.

Proven ability to design and architect enterprise-level applications.

Experience identifying and resolving performance issues and memory leaks.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have :

Experience migrating from Struts 1.x to Struts 2.

Exposure to legacy modernization and re-architecture efforts.
