📍 Location : Mumbai

📅 Experience : 3–6 years

🏢 Industry Preference : Candidates from staffing or consulting firms

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across PR and corporate communications
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and tools
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
Maintain and analyze recruitment data for MIS reporting
Work with talent management software and databases to streamline hiring processes

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in recruitment (agency or consulting background preferred)

Strong data orientation and familiarity with MIS reporting

Hands-on experience with ATS or talent management systems

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-centric environment
