Operations & Project Manager — On-Site, Indore

About Autofigures Media

We’re a fast-growing YouTube-first media production agency based in Indore.

Our team manages YouTube channels, video editing, graphic design, and creative production pipelines for Indian and international clients.

We’re not looking for a generic project manager — we’re looking for someone who understands the rhythm of content , can manage editors, designers, and delivery schedules, and thrives on building systems that scale.

Role : Operations & Project Manager (Media Services)

This is a full-time, on-site role in Indore.

You’ll work directly with the Founder & Creative Director to lead daily operations, manage client projects, and ensure every creative output meets our delivery standards.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for YouTube, editing, and design projects.
  • Manage editors, thumbnail designers, writers, and coordinators.
  • Build and maintain workflow systems for content calendars and deliverables.
  • Communicate directly with clients to ensure expectations and deadlines are aligned.
  • Review and optimize project pipelines for efficiency and quality control.
  • Track key performance metrics — delivery times, quality scores, client satisfaction.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has

✅ 2–4 years of experience in a media agency, video production house, or YouTube channel management company.

✅ Hands-on experience managing creative or digital teams (editors, designers, marketers).

✅ Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

✅ Working knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, Frame.io, or Monday.com.

✅ Familiarity with YouTube workflows — uploads, thumbnails, metadata, performance tracking.

✅ A founder’s mindset — self-driven, ownership-focused, and ready to solve challenges fast.

Nice to Have

  • Background in video editing or creative production.
  • Prior work experience in YouTube automation or influencer marketing.
  • Basic understanding of YouTube analytics and SEO.

    🕐 Monday to Saturday (flexible timing based on deliverables)
