• Responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Must possess excellent hands-on experience in creating and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Lead the technical direction of the team by mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
• Work closely with architects, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of the applications developed.
• Strong understanding of DevOps processes, version control (Git), build tools (Maven / Gradle), and CI / CD pipelines.
• Should be able to handle the end-to-end delivery of features, from design to deployment.
• Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology and ensure timely and quality deliveries.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Good communication and client-facing abilities are a must.
