Senior Software Engineer – Majesco Claim

Job description5-8 years of relevant professional experience Strong work experience on Claim Vantage (Claims for L&AH, IDAM (Integrated Disability and Absence Management) Deep knowledge of Majesco Dev Studio Tool : Screen Configuration, Rules / Validation configuration, IEL Table, Ratings, Tax surcharge, Premium Summary , Forms / Documents (DocGen), CP & TL expression Hands-on experience in Claims-Configuration and Console modules Proficiency with Configuring Customizing Party Module, Task Creation, Configuring Customizing, Extension and Advanced Extension points, customizing Automated Reserves, etc Experience in Third Party Integrations Knowledge of Integrations with Claims and Portals and Legacy migration of Claims Data Proficiency with Party and Claims Configuration Ability to debug the application using debug panel or other debugger techniques in Majesco products Knowledge of SAFe Agile delivery model Excellent communication and analytical skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound recommendations B2+ English level proficiency Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development : online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package : Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Majesco Solutions and Insurance Claims to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying insurance solutions using Majesco Claims Vantage and related systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our organization's growth and success.

Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements grooming sessions and lead the design of functional modules for insurance solutions
- Analyze, understand, and deploy insurance solutions using Majesco Claims Vantage and related systems
- Address stories, defects, and change requests, collaborating closely with stakeholders and the testing team
- Configure and customize various modules, including party module, task creation, and automated reserves
- Review unit and integration testing scope for business requirements and provide work estimates for proposed changes
- Drive end-to-end delivery of functionality until production release, ensuring adherence to best practices and processes
