Key Responsibilities :
Testing & Quality Assurance :
- Lead manual testing efforts across AEM, Salesforce, and API integrations.
- Define test strategy, test plans, and detailed test cases.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Perform data privacy and security testing to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Validate API responses, workflows, and end-to-end business processes.
- Ensure testing coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and guide the QA team, ensuring adherence to testing standards.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and architects for defect triage and resolution.Work closely with security and compliance teams to address vulnerabilities.Document processes, test results, and knowledge base using Confluence.Track and report defects, test progress, and quality metrics via Jira.Required Skills & Experience
6 - 10 years of experience in manual testing with at least 2+ years in a lead role.Strong testing knowledge across :1. Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
2. Salesforce (Ecommerce / CRM / Marketing Cloud)
3. REST / SOAP APIs (using Postman, SOAP UI, etc.).
Proven experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance testing.Proficient in Agile delivery models.Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have :
Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) for regression.Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner).Experience leading distributed (onshore / offshore) QA teams.Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Role Attributes :
