Job descriptionLooking for Graduates , preferred B.Com, B.B.M, B.B.A Must be able to type at 30 WPM with 95% accuracy (as per test results on typing software) Must be professional and courteous in all interactions with clients and staff Must have basic skills in usage of MS Word and MS Excel Must have strong interpersonal, good communication (write & speak) skills (comprehend and action written customer requests) with a desire to work in a Back-Office Operations environment Must be able to meet the set targets and work overtime as required Stand for periods of time during meetings and / or other group events Willingness to work in flexible shifts Willingness to work from office
Job Title : Transaction Processing Executive / Officer
Work Location : DLF SEZ IT Park, Tower 1B, Level 1-5, 1 / 124, Shivaji Garden, Manapakkam, Mount Poonamalle Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600089 . (Work from office)
Shift time : Complete Night shifts Monday to Friday (6.30 PM to 3.30 am ) or 5.30 pm to 2.30 am / Two ways cabs are available

- Ensure 100% adherence to schedule
- Meeting all defined targets like productivity, accuracy, product knowledge, schedule adherence and maintenance of requisites
