Position : TGT English Teacher

Location : Nashik, Maharashtra

Salary : ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Experienced candidates – salary negotiable)

Job Description :

Teach English subject to students as per CBSE curriculum.

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and conduct assessments.

Maintain discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement.

Participate in school events, meetings, and other academic activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English or relevant field.

B.Ed. qualification preferred.

Good communication and classroom management skills.

Prior teaching experience in CBSE schools will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience Essential Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in English at the secondary or higher secondary level. Strong understanding of literary analysis, stylistics, and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Familiarity with or willingness to undergo training in the IB curriculum framework. Proficiency in technology for teaching and assessment. Ability to create engaging, student-centered lessons. Desirable Prior experience teaching IBDP English (Language & Literature or Literature) HL / SL. IB Category 1 or 2 training certification. Experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE English Language or Literature. Experience mentoring Extended Essay or other independent research projects.
