Job description

About the Role :

  • We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Product Designer who can turn complex problems into elegant, user-centered design solutions. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive and visually appealing digital products that solve real business challenges and enhance user experiences.
  • As a designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams - to ensure every product feature is thoughtful, cohesive, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Own end-to-end design process from conceptualization to delivery - including research, ideation, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
  • Translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant, and user-friendly product experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design goals, validate concepts, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all product interfaces.
  • Use Figma and other design tools to produce polished UI designs and interactive prototypes.
  • Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and design excellence within the organization.

    • Must-Have Skills & Attributes :

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - ability to explain design decisions, user flows, and problem-solving approaches clearly.
  • Hands-on experience designing complex digital products or systems (beyond simple websites) that have been launched and used by real customers.
  • Expertise in Figma for high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, and design system creation.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in design systems and their application across products.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end product development process, from problem identification to

    • detailed interaction and visual design.

  • A self-motivated and collaborative approach, comfortable working with remote teams in a dynamic environment.
  • A growth mindset - openness to feedback, eagerness to learn, and a drive to make things better.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to succeed in a remote and asynchronous setup.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Ability to build prototypes using tools such as Framer, Loveable, Windsurf, v0, or Figma code to communicate ideas effectively.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate efficiently with engineering teams.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms such as desktop, chat interfaces, and AI-first experiences.
