Salary : ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at Backdropsource. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and call candidates for non-technical roles.
Collect and verify relevant candidate information.
Assign and follow up on tests / assignments.
Track and maintain candidate journey using Google Sheets / Excel.
Schedule interviews by coordinating with stakeholders' availability.
Manage interview schedules through Google Calendar.
Maintain strong communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Ensure timely updates and reporting of recruitment status.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in non-technical hiring.

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and Google Calendar.

Excellent communication skills with good proficiency in English.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset.
