📍 Location : Rohini Sector 18, Delhi 💰 Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)
About the Role : We are a fast-growing E-commerce brand (Cretikpanda) looking for a proactive and organized HR Manager . Your primary goal is to assemble a strong team and ensure the office operates efficiently. You will take over hiring, attendance, and daily operations so the founders can focus on growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment (Priority) : Posting jobs, screening resumes, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews for Editors, Callers, and Marketers.
- Team Management : Tracking daily attendance, leaves, and office timings strictly.
- Onboarding : Welcoming new employees and explaining their tasks / roles on Day 1.
- Office Administration : Managing office supplies, internet issues, and maintaining a disciplined work environment.
- Performance Tracking : Ensuring the team (Callers / Editors) is updating their daily reports / sheets on time.
- Culture : Handling employee grievances and organizing small team activities / celebrations.
Requirements :
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Office Management.Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) to conduct professional interviews.Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel (for maintaining salary & attendance data).Ability to be strict regarding office rules and deadlines.Problem-solving attitude – you should be the "Go-To" person for office issues.Working Details :
