Job Description :

We are hiring a Manual Tester with mandatory experience in LMS (Loan Management System) and Collections domain. The role involves end-to-end testing, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manual testing of LMS and Collections modules
• Understanding of loan lifecycle, repayments, delinquency, and collections workflows
• Prepare and execute test cases, test plans, and scenarios
• Defect logging and tracking using JIRA / ALM / Bugzilla
• Regression, functional, and integration testing
• Coordination with developers, BA, and product teams
• Support UAT and release testing
• Test documentation and reporting

Required Skills :

Manual Testing (3+ years)

LMS domain experience (Mandatory)

Collections process knowledge (Mandatory)

Test case writing and execution

Defect tracking tools – JIRA / QC / ALM

Understanding of SDLC & STLC
