About the Role :
HomeLane is seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Legal Executive to support its legal operations across commercial contracting, customer disputes, and compliance. The role involves close coordination with internal teams and external advocates to manage legal risk and ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including vendor, franchise, marketing, service, SaaS, and lease agreements.
- Handle customer escalations, including NCH complaints, legal notices, and consumer forum cases in coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with external advocates for litigation, police complaints, and regulatory matters across jurisdictions.
- Maintain trackers for agreements, customer disputes, and legal cases.
- Support franchise compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements.
- Assist in developing standard legal templates, policies, and process documents.
- Conduct preliminary legal research and provide advisory support to business teams on day-to-day queries.
Requirements :
LL.B. from a recognized university.2–4 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure to both corporate contracting and customer dispute management.Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience in consumer law, contract law, and civil / criminal coordination preferred.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why HomeLane :
