Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Team Lead to manage a group of Relationship Managers (RMs) handling Priority, NR, and Burgundy customer segments. The ideal candidate will drive liability book growth, enhance customer experience, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with process standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of RMs to meet targets in liability growth, fee income, and portfolio quality.
- Guide RMs to deliver exceptional customer service and meet operating cadence.
- Conduct joint customer visits to support RMs in business conversions.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and service issues within defined TAT.
- Improve portfolio quality through appropriate customer segment fitment and true balance growth.
- Drive broader customer engagement and relationship deepening across the RM portfolio.
- Own performance metrics (KRAs) of all mapped RMs.
- Monitor sales and service processes to ensure adherence and efficiency.
- Reduce attrition in NTB (New to Bank) and ETB (Existing to Bank) customer base.
- Increase product penetration and customer profitability through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Ensure accurate customer profiling and delivery of suitable financial solutions.
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and certification of RMs.
- Collaborate with branch heads and business managers to implement action plans and strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (TPP, Assets, CBG, RFR) to support RM-led business generation.
- Drive NTB customer acquisitions by supporting referral generation and pipeline building.
