Currently our client is engaged in marketing around 25 DERMA BRANDS with PAN INDIA operations.
Job Overview
They are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join their Art & Design Department. The ideal candidate is someone who can conceptualize, design, and execute independently while also collaborating effectively within a creative team. This person should bring strong design fundamentals, brand storytelling ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving — with hands-on experience in both traditional design tools and emerging AI-based creative technologies.
A background in pharmaceutical or dermatology-based design will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative ideation and design development across brand, print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Translate briefs into powerful visual communication that aligns with brand identity and business goals.
- Independently manage projects from concept to final artwork, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop campaign visuals, packaging, and launch materials.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team.
- Stay ahead of design trends, visual communication techniques, and AI-driven creative tools to bring innovative ideas to life.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines while elevating the overall visual standards of the organization.
- Work closely with the Manager – Art & Design and Assistant Manager to maintain design consistency and excellence across all deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Applied Arts / Visual Communication / GraphicDesign from a reputed design institute.
5–7 years of professional design experience in a corporate or agency setting.A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, brand design, and multi-channel creativity.Skills & Expertise
Design Tools :
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, Microsoft Office, Figma (optional), AI-based design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or DALL
E.Creative Attributes :
Strong visual storytelling and conceptual design senseAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detail and time managementUnderstanding of brand systems and campaign designKnowledge of design for both print and digital platformsGood aesthetic judgment and a passion for innovationPrinting & Production :
