About the Role :

We're looking for a strategic, proactive PR leader to join us as an Account Director . The ideal candidate is not just a media tactician but a brand custodian — someone who understands the business behind the brief, drives narratives with intention, and brings a sharp editorial lens to every campaign.

With deep experience across beats like fintech, real estate and corporate, you'll be responsible for shaping long-term reputation, owning client relationships, and leading high-performing teams that deliver meaningful visibility.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the strategic lead and trusted advisor for key clients – translating business goals into communication strategy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior clients, ensuring alignment, trust, and thought partnership.
  • Lead a team of PR executives and managers – guiding campaign direction, quality control, and delivery.
  • Own storytelling across earned media : from founder positioning to product communication and industry commentary.
  • Monitor business, tech, and category trends to inform timely, sharp PR opportunities.
  • Handle sensitive narratives including crisis response, reputation management, and industry perception.
  • Collaborate on pitches, client expansion, and new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For :

  • 8+ years of core PR experience , preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of and experience across fintech, real estate , corporate, or other high-growth business beats .
  • Strong network of media contacts in business, finance, and startup media.
  • Experience in strategic counsel, narrative building, and long-term brand positioning.
  • Excellent writing, briefing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to tone and context.
  • Proven team leadership, people management, and client ownership.
  • A proactive mindset – someone who anticipates, shapes, and leads.
  • Location : This is a full-time, Mumbai-based (Work from Office) position.
