Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for PhD Qualified Guides located in Rohini. As a PhD Qualified Guide, you will mentor and support doctoral candidates by guiding their research efforts, reviewing their progress, and ensuring adherence to academic standards for thesis writing. The role involves providing inputs on research methodologies, offering constructive feedback, and facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions. Guides will collaborate with students, researchers, and Aimlay's counseling team to ensure a seamless academic journey from enrollment to completion.

✅ Support scholars in publishing papers and presentations

Requirements :

Must be PhD qualified from a recognized university

2–5 years of experience in PhD supervision or research guidance

✍️ Strong command of academic writing and referencing styles

Excellent communication and mentoring skills
