Position Summary : We are seeking an entry-level Business Analyst to join our team to assist in all phases of the software development life cycle. Individuals interested in this position must have the ability to assist in the management of multiple projects in varying stages of implementation. Initially this position will focus on assisting in the development and support of our analytic products, requiring you to work closely with clinicians, actuaries, technical resources, and clients. In addition to being a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment, candidates interested in this position must have the ability to :

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Work independently on assigned tasks, (i.e., plan, organize, delegate, problem solve and meet established deadlines).
• Learn quickly.
• Follow-through.
• Prioritize work under time pressure.
• Execute work with exceptional attention to detail on all project tasks.
