Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Online Sales

Role Description :

1. Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation

Identify and pursue new advertising and partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients.

Pitch a range of online advertising solutions — including banner ads, sponsored content, and other digital formats — tailored to client needs.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the media and digital advertising industry.

3. Sales Operations and Reporting

Track and analyze sales performance metrics to measure progress toward targets.

Prepare and deliver comprehensive proposals, contracts, and sales reports.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with editorial and content teams to align advertising opportunities with website traffic insights and audience demographics.

Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payment collection, and adherence to financial processes.

Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 8–12 years of proven experience in client management, sales, or business development.

Relationship Management : Strong ability to build, maintain, and grow client relationships while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Sales Expertise : Demonstrated success in developing online sales strategies and delivering customized marketing solutions.

Negotiation Skills : Proven proficiency in negotiation and contract management with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.

Communication & Presentation : Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of the Media, Advertising, Marketing, and Television industry is highly preferred.

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience using CRM tools for managing client interactions, pipelines, and reporting.

Target Achievement : Goal-driven professional with consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Digital Understanding : Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, online advertising formats, and emerging digital trends.

Location : Goregaon West, Mumbai

Work Mode : Onsite

Working Days : Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
