STC-Group is expanding its sales operations in South India and is looking for ambitious, performance-driven Sales Engineers to strengthen our regional presence. This role offers the opportunity to work with German-engineered agitators and process equipment, serving leading industrial customers and EPC projects across the region.

What You Will Do :

• Drive business growth and order intake across Oil & Gas, Chemical, Polymer, Paint, Pharma, Mining and Food industries
• Promote and sell German-engineered agitators and customized process equipment solutions
• Identify new leads, manage opportunities and convert projects into confirmed orders
• Understand customer process requirements and propose technically optimized, value-driven solutions
• Prepare, submit and negotiate techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering teams
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, licensors and end users
• Participate in technical meetings, bid clarifications and commercial negotiations
• Track market trends, competitor activities and upcoming capital investment projects
