What We're Looking For :

• Experience : 3+ years in Mobile app development, with a minimum of 2+ years dedicated to Flutter .
• Architectural Mastery : A strong understanding of app architectures and best practices . You should be comfortable designing scalable architecture solely from wireframes.
• Core Expertise : Deep knowledge of state management, including BLOCs and MVVM , as well as threading, the event loop, and robust networking practices.
• Dart Fluency : Fluent command of Dart 2.0+ and its core data structures.
• Native Knowledge (A Must!) : Practical knowledge of at least one native platform ( Android or iOS ). Ability to develop and integrate native features / modules when needed.
• DevOps Savvy : Experience setting up CI / CD pipelines and packaging release builds efficiently for all platforms.
• Problem Solver : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills —you're a pro at debugging and optimizing performance.
