Finance Operations Executive - Working Professional

Role Overview -

The Finance Operations Executive will be responsible for managing learner instalment collections, ensuring timely follow-ups via calls and emails, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational finance activities. The role requires good communication in both English and Hindi and involves outbound calls, email handling, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth payment flow and learner experience.

Key Responsibilities -

Manage and track instalment collections for domestic learners as per defined SOPs.

Conduct outbound calls to learners for payment reminders, clarifications, and updates.

Send timely reminder emails (pre-due and post-due) and ensure professional communication.

Record and update payment status (due, overdue, deferred, dropout, etc.) in relevant trackers.

Coordinate with Program Coordinators, Finance, and Tech teams for access control, deferrals, or payment issues.

Handle queries related to self-payment, No-Cost EMI, and standard EMI processes.

Follow escalation procedures for non-responsive learners and ensure accurate documentation.

Assist in payment reconciliation and ensure records are updated on systems like Razorpay / Admin Panel.

Support general finance operations tasks such as reporting, access management, and data tracking.

Maintain a high workflow and response efficiency to meet team KPIs.

Skills and Qualifications -

Bachelor’s degree (preferred : Commerce, Finance, or related field).

1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations / Collections / Customer Support (payment collection experience preferred).

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
