RPA Automation Anywhere Support - CREQ Description
- Provide L2 and L3 support for Automation Anywhere by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Manage incident lifecycle from detection and recording to closure and verification.
- Should be conversant with RPA Life cycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Automation Anywhere , IQ Bot processes and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with other internal systems.
- Will be troubleshooting support issues, Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or critical problems and suggest improvements to reduce incident rates.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of RPA implementations.
- Guide and train L1 support teams to handle basic Automation Anywhere issues effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest Automation Anywhere updates and technologies to enhance system performance and provide feedback to the development teams for continuous improvement
