Answer incoming inquiries from ad network, agency and marketing technology partners on various technical topics related to AppsFlyer’s product offering
Analyze potential fraud cases, discrepancies and misconfigurations
Represent AppsFlyer as the first point of contact for new and existing partners
Help new partners learn AppsFlyer’s product suite and discover the full potential of their integration
Educate existing partners about AppsFlyer’s product solutions and best practices via training calls and webinars
Take ownership on specific technical domains and processes to enrich the Partner Solutions team’s overall scope of expertise.
Provide continuous feedback through internal feedback loops to guide product direction and roadmap
Collaborate with R&D, Product, Analysts and Integration Engineers to provide creative solutions to partner challenges.
What you have :
3+ years of technical account management / support in an international advertising technology company
Familiarity with the mobile app ecosystem
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Superior analytical skills
