About the Role :
Bobble AI is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Product Manager to own the end-to-end subscription monetisation funnel and app-release pipeline for our 30 M+ keyboard user base. You will optimize payment flows, grow recurring revenue, and ensure every release ships on time and to : (Roles & Responsibility) :
- Grow subscription revenue : Monitor daily PhonePe & Razorpay dashboards, premium-trigger conversions and churn metrics; spot issues and launch fixes that uplift accounted revenue.
- Own payment integrations : Lead roadmap for Apple autopay, Google Login and custom retry logic; coordinate QA and production roll-outs.
- Drive release management : Plan and execute fortnightly Android / iOS releases, maintain benchmarking sheets, and scale roll-out percentages based on stability KPIs.
- Cross-functional leadership : Align OKRs, manage POD of engineers, designers, analysts and interns, and keep stakeholders updated on product metrics trends , issues along with resolutions if any via dashboards and Slack.
- Story Prioritization : Apply techniques like MoSCoW, Kano, RICE and weighted scoring to effectively prioritize user stories (or KAs) in sync with Organizational OKRs.
- Feature delivery & KT : Finalize and align product requirements with key stakeholders, ensuring clear PRDs and access documentation are shared with engineering and development teams.
- Coordinate closely with QA to communicate requirements, resolve queries, and act as a bridge between QA and development to ensure timely bug fixes and smooth sign-offs.
- Regularly monitor user feedback, raise relevant issues, and ensure they are addressed in future releases to maintain product quality and deliver impactful features on time.
- Manage Product Operations team : Plan and facilitate execution of daily product operations, updating user segments, content surfaces, and engagement triggers via internal dashboards and APIs to drive steady growth in trigger clicks, unique clickers, content views, and subscription Competencies :
- 5 to 8 years of mobile / B2C product-management experience; proven record scaling subscription businesses.
- Deep familiarity with payment gateways (PhonePe, Razorpay), Google Play Billing, SQL-based analytics and A / B testing.
- Strong Agile execution skills; able to ship features rapidly while balancing quality, risk and stakeholder needs.
- Ruthless in-task prioritization skills and ability to apply prioritization frameworks like MoSCoW, Kano, RICE and weighted scoring in order to prioritize user stories so that it impacts organizational OKRs positively.
