Collections Specialist

Job descriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for processing payments for a portfolio of accounts, utilizing dashboards, reports and other resources. Communicate with varied audiences regarding discrepancies in charges, payments, credits or balances. Monitor and maintain payment schedules when notified of changed orders. Respond to customer and field requests for payment arrangements. Prior knowledge of Salesforce CRM, CPQ and Billing preferred. Basic skills in Microsoft Office Applications, with a focus on Excel. Proven skillset in basic math. College experience preferred, with a focus on accounting or business administration. 3+ years account management or payment processing, verification & application experience. Attention to detail. Ability to set priorities and work independently. Skilled in following organisational rules and procedures. Professional written and verbal communication skills.
