Job description

We are seeking a social media performance expert with hands-on experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering measurable results through strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple social platforms.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, including :
  • Media Planning
  • Account, Pixel, and Audience Audits
  • Manage a portfolio of 12–13 accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $35K.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Troubleshoot campaign setup and performance issues proactively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve client objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in the social media landscape.

Required Skills & Proficiencies :

  • Strong expertise in running Image, Video, Carousel, Dynamic, and Catalog / Shopping Ads.
  • Proven ability to design and execute full-funnel audience strategies to drive performance.
  • Hands-on experience in Catalog or Shopping Campaigns, including feed creation and management.
  • Knowledge of App Install Campaigns is an added advantage.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment.

    • Qualifications & Experience :

  • 4+ years of experience managing paid social media campaigns across Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Reddit.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and presentations.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics or similar website analytics tools.
