We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead – Kafka to design, manage, and optimize enterprise-level Kafka environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed data streaming, real-time event sourcing, and performance tuning of Kafka clusters.

Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and upgrade Kafka clusters.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Manage Kafka security, access policies, and user authentication.

Implement backup, recovery, and data retention strategies.

Optimize cluster performance and reliability.

Manage schema registry and integrations with other platforms.

Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to ensure seamless data flow.

Build and manage real-time event streaming pipelines.
