We are seeking a Technical Support Lead to oversee our support team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in technical support, with a strong background in troubleshooting and problem resolution. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team in delivering high-quality support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical support team to provide exceptional service to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve team efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members on technical support best practices and tools.
- Collaborate with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and improve product quality.
- Generate reports on support metrics and present findings to management.
Skills and Qualifications
1-6 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.Proficient in using support ticketing systems and remote support tools.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.Experience with customer service best practices and techniques.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.Skills Required
