Industrial Automation Specialist

Job Summary :

A Manufacturing Systems Expert is required to provide technical expertise in support of all issues linked to electronic batch records (ebrs).

About the Role :

• This role involves defining user requirement specifications (voice of customer)
• Designing and creating electronic batch files (ebr) with respect for quality, costs, and deadlines
• Making BOM / recipe creation in production IT systems
• Participating in qualification and risk assessment processes
• Proposing and technically validating the choice of solutions proposed by IT teams and automation in collaboration with the quality team
• Deploying MES across manufacturing units, running performance qualification and validation batches (commissioning of the line) with the manufacturing units
• Updating manufacturing documentation following the implementation of electronic batch files
• Providing training for MES users in partnership with the training team
• Finding immediate corrective actions for real-time shop floor troubleshooting
• Ensuring follow-up and processing of deviations and change control in compliance with deadlines and applicable regulations
• Collaborating with process experts in the context of deviations related to MES / MIS and continuous process improvement
• Supporting change management in close collaboration with change champion and P&O partner
• Adhering to local rules, procedures, and policies
