Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Consultant, located in Kolkata. The Educational Consultant will be responsible for providing guidance and support to prospective and current students, assisting with course selection and enrollment processes. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with students, addressing their inquiries, providing customer service, and contributing to the development of educational programs. The role also involves collaborating with faculty and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
