We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Engineer to lead the design, integration, and validation of hydraulic and mechanical subsystems.The role involves managing subsystem requirements, creating detailed 3D / 2D designs, coordinating with cross-functional teams including suppliers and manufacturing plants, and supporting testing and simulation activities.A strong understanding of hydrostatic and hydrodynamic systems, as well as expertise in BB080 components (pumps, coolers, filters, valves) and drivetrain systems such as gearboxes and e-drives, is essential for success in this role.The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong customer interaction skills and contribute effectively to project and change management processes.Major Responsibilities :
Subsystem (Requirements, iALM / Doors
Design (3D, 2D, materials, FMEA.
Integration (project meetings, change management, interface definition
Plant Supplier (simultaneous engineering with plants and suppliers, quality support
Customer (customer alignment and meetings
Calculation Simulation (calculations performed by component engineers)
Testing (support for prototype built, evaluation of test results with test engineer
Knowledge and Education
- Good know how on hydrostatic and hydrodynamic
- Good know how on BB080 components and subsystems (pumps, cooler, filter,valves,..)
- Know how on gearbox and e drive systems
- Know how on processes like FMEA
- Know how in change management / Magna Catia
- Skills in organization and communication
