Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Operations Manager to lead and optimize warehouse operations in our Gujarat, Halol location. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day warehouse activities such as managing inventory, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing warehouse best practices. The role also involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining compliance with company policies, and driving customer service excellence. The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory control and collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives efficiently. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management, Operations Management, and Inventory Control
• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage warehouse staff effectively
• Customer Service experience to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and manage relationships
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to optimize workflows and ensure accuracy
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP, or similar software) is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in a similar role with a track record of successfully managing warehouse operations
