Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer with over 10 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable, cloud-based web applications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, React, and Microsoft Azure, and will have a proven track record of delivering robust, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and server-side logic using Python.
  • Develop dynamic user interfaces and reusable front-end components using React.
  • Deploy and manage applications in Azure cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to coding best practices.
  • Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues efficiently.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies to continuously improve development practices.

Technical Skills and Experience

Mandatory :

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, including 4+ years with Python and React.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in back-end development using Python frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs in microservices architectures.
  • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB).
  • Experience with version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.

    • Desirable :

  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of security best practices and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience in Agile development environments.

    • Non-Technical Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Adaptability to changing technologies and business needs.
  • Capacity to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

    • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications in Azure or full-stack development are an advantage.
