You will own the full employee life cycle—organization design, talent acquisition, performance and rewards, ER / IR, compliance, and capability building—so our lines ramp safely and reliably. In a cleanroom manufacturing context where throughput, yield, and safety are paramount, your work will shape the systems, culture, and leadership that power the plant.Key responsibilitiesDesign and implement the people operating model : org structure across Plant HR, HRBP, TA, C&B, L&D, ER / IR, and HR Ops; phased headcount aligned to ramp plans.Lead end-to-end hiring for core manufacturing and corporate roles; build assessment standards, vendor strategy, campus and lateral pipelines; maintain a data-driven hiring funnel.Institutionalise performance and rewards : job architecture, bands, market-benchmarked compensation, variable pay; OKR / KRA cycles with governance and calibration.Ensure statutory and shop-floor compliance : Factories Act, CLRA, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Maternity Benefit,
