About the Role :

We are seeking a smart, confident, and well-presented Executive Assistant to support the Director - Jagran Prakashan Ltd . The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be tech-savvy, and stay updated with digital tools and lifestyle trends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and itineraries (including outstation travel).
• Prepare and maintain Excel trackers, PowerPoint presentations, and meeting reports.
• Draft professional correspondence, emails, and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Stay updated with media, digital, and business trends to support the Director’s engagements.
