Location : Kerala (Travelling from Pathanamthitta to Thrissur and other locations as needed)

Position Overview :

Roslis Retail Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Officer to lead business development across multiple branches. The role involves hiring, building, and leading a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs), ensuring the performance of Fashion Advisors, and achieving sales targets

If you’re a proven leader who thrives on building teams, driving performance, and scaling new business models — we’d love to meet you.

Your Role :

  • Oversee the entire regional sales function and performance.
  • Hire, manage and mentor Business Development Managers and their field teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through structured expansion and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align regional goals.

You Are :

  • A results-oriented professional with 5+ years of sales leadership experience (FMCG, insurance, or retail preferred).
  • Skilled in team building, target achievement, and market development.
  • Based in Kerala and fluent in English & Malayalam.
