About the Role

As a

Technical Implementation Manager

, you will lead the end-to-end implementation and integration of PriceEasy’s solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll operate at the intersection of technology, data, and client success — ensuring smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.

This is a

client-facing, office-based role

requiring excellent program management, strong technical understanding of integrations, and outstanding communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Own the

end-to-end implementation lifecycle

— from requirement gathering to go-live.

Manage

technical integrations

, data mapping, and connections between client systems and PriceEasy’s platform.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Act as the

technical liaison

for clients, translating business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Track and report progress, risks, and dependencies using strong

program management discipline

Analyze and validate client data using

Excel

and other analytical tools.

Build client confidence through proactive communication, structured problem-solving, and professionalism.

Continuously improve implementation processes for efficiency and scalability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education :

Graduate or MBA from a top engineering or business institution (IITs, IIMs, ISB, BITS, etc.).

Experience : 5–8 years in a

SaaS

or

data-driven technology company

, ideally in implementation, solution engineering, or program management roles.

Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of

API integrations

, data pipelines, and SaaS ecosystems.

Advanced proficiency in

Excel

and comfort with large datasets.

Exposure to SQL, Python, or BI tools is a plus.
